Hi there, my name is Kathy and thank you for visiting my blog! I am so excited that you are here to start this new venture with me.
I went from working full time to being a stay at home mom. My husband and I have two kids, which at the time I’m writing this are a 16 month old son and a one month old daughter. We live in rural Wisconsin: no we don’t have cows in our yard but we do have tractors that regularly drive our main street in town. We just bought our first home last year that needs lots of updates (no joke, shag carpet is alive and well here).
Our family has so much going on (new baby, toddler, home updates, covid) now would be the best time to start a blog! Okay, actually I came up with many reasons to NOT start a blog. But then the thought came to me that there will never be a “good” time to start something new.
With that being said, I am excited to start writing content that comes from my heart; both good and what could be better. I am honored that you are taking precious time out of your day to read what’s on my mind.
